I support and mentor you at times when you feel you can’t move forward the way you want to. I help you master the most effective practices for calming a restless mind - aligning body, mind and heart into a whole that works for your benefit. I help you see through the glass ceiling so you can believe in your potential. I guide you on how to attain a more conscious self-knowledge and how to realistically sustain your flow at key moments.

I use a clear mind, receptive listening and calm energy. Since we are all diverse personalities, this is my loose methodology which I tailor to my clients. It’s a collaborative search, discovering nuances, defining, diagnosing and fine-tuning. Above all, it’s your conscious uncovering of why and where things are sticking. It’s a way to spot hitherto hidden perspectives that are meant to be spoken out loud for a higher level of self-awareness. The “live finale” IS then a tangible victory!

Who am I?

I am perceptive, imaginative and persistent. I always look for things to improve. I am tempted to push the limits and eagerly take on what seems intractable. I believe in my inner genius and honor my wishes. I boldly stride for new experiences and accept that life does not simply spring from zero to a hundred. It is like a seesaw, but I can swing higher and higher each time to whatever level I believe in myself. And so I embrace new challenges, roll up my sleeves and get going. It’s a conscious journey towards my dreams.

What I've accomplished

I have lived in Austria, Germany, Prague and Luhačovice. I’ve worked for Unilever and Sodexo in the Czech Republic, Freestyle Park Modřany, and in the Zlín Region where I helped develop the destination company Zlínsko a Luhačovicko. I enhanced my personal development alongside exceptional women such as Jana Bartoník, Šárka Hošková, Iva Pondělíková, Jitka Ševčíková, Dr. Michaela Karsten and others. In my free time I travel, am an active runner, meditate and often like to indulge in lounging on the couch with a book or listening to music. I now coach professional athletes on their own journey to victory.
